For us, this looks like branching off from solely training in the dance studio to including workouts based around strength and conditioning. Injuries are a big issue in dance. Muscle fatigue is a very common cause of injury. When fatigue sets in, your alignment and technique are compromised and its only so long until an injury ensues. Fatigue results from insufficient levels of energy. We want to help you increase the capacity of your energy systems to maximize your performance and avoid injury.
